Our Board-Certified Nurse-Practitioners and Physicians will provide quality health care via your phone, tablet or computer. Don't worry if you are not tech savvy, we will walk you through the process. At the completion of your visit, access your records via our patient portal.
Ancillary Services
Should you need laboratory, diagnostic or skilled services services such as physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy or respiratory therapy we are equipped to connect you to care through our partner agencies.
What is Telehealth?
During the pandemic of Covid-19, we are working together to prevent the spread. Telehealth is the use of audio and visual techniques to conduct health care appointments. Utilizing your cellular phone, tablet, laptop or desktop computer we can connect. The telehealth platform is secure, confidiential and accessed via your patient portal. Our staff will assist you through technical difficulties to successfully complete your visit.

Annual Physical and Follow Up
If you need to establish care, obtain your annual physical, follow-up or obtain referrals; Housecall Associates can assist you from the privacy of your home. Should you need a referral to a specialist, we will assist you in scheduling an appointment with a specialist.
Prescription Refill
All new prescriptions or refills will be sent to your pharmacy electronically. We can work with your pharmacy to get your prescriptions delivered to your home at your request.
Laboratory Services
Once your visit is complete, Housecall Associates will arrange for a skilled laboratory technician to come to your home to obtain laboratory specimens. You provide your availability to your Nurse Practitioner at the time of your visit and we will schedule your appointment.
Diagnostic Services
Once your visit is complete, Housecall Associates will arrange for a certified radiological technician to come to your home to obtain diagnostic imaging. You provide your availability to your Nurse Practitioner at the time of your visit and we will schedule your appointment.
Concierge Care
No insurance is no problem. Housecall Associates offers cash based pay per visit Primary Care or Urgent Care services in the privacy of your location of choice.

What is Covid-19
A novel (new to humans) coronavirus that causes a variation of mild to severe flu like symptoms, respiratory compromise and marked immune system reactions. Indivuduals with advanced age and pre-existing conditions are at higher risk for severe illness. The virus is spread via respiratory droplets when talking or coughing.
Prevention
- Handwashing
- Use Hand Sanitizer when you cannot wash your hands
- Wear a mask to limit distribution of respiratory droplets
- Practice respiratory hygiene- cover your mouth and sneeze in the inside of the elbow
- Avoid handshakes
- Clean your home and commonly used surfaces regularly

Testing
All patients are screened via telephone prior to an in home visit.
Testing for Covid-19 is performed via
Nasal Swab for typically active Corona Virus) and Blood Antibody testing typically for asymptomatic or resolved Covid-19 infection and can be ordered by Housecall Associates.
